I moved around the area a couple of months ago. This Starbucks locations is probably one of favorites to come to. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming when you come in. Its very clean inside, the customer service is excellent. They always have my order ready within a couple of minutes.
I'm visiting from out of state, and stopped by to get some drinks with my friends. Katie was wonderful! They all had a quick and efficient customer service! It was so nice to see Katie go out of her way for me. She was patient with my large group of friends, who had no idea what to order. She let me sample something that we don't carry in my hometown. She also gave great recommendations!
The store was very clean and it was a great experience.
Missy at the front helped me personalize the best drink I’ve ever tasted and her coworker with the reddish long hair did such a fantastic job! All the crew working weekdays late afternoon deserve a pat on the back for how pleasant the store is. 10/10 good vibes highly recommend
The reason why I’m giving a 1 star is because
1. Inconsistencies
2. Condescending manner of speaking ack to customers
3. Every time I am in a hurry and ordered on the app. Something is either missing or the food is made wrong, and when you question it you have to server eye balling you like you are stupid and uneducated.
4. Always trying to explain how the food actually is vs what it supposed to be.
5. The thing I actually have to pay for every extras that I want in my coffee. It’s not nice not to be respected.
Today I ordered on the app, both drinks are not even full. I paid for caramel drizzle, I did not get that. Then I got in my car, only to find out the lid on the drink is actual cut half way and all the drink just spilled all over me.
For someone who reserve 20 daily for Starbucks, I deserve better.
Seriously hit or miss depending on who's working. Why are you charging $7-$8 for a drink and yet you can't fill them up.

Just went for a quick coffee with my husband and while in line to place my order I saw this black mold covering one of their display snacks.. not nice to keep this there! Better to check your display once in a while.😉 …
This is my local Starbucks where I come to do my MBA school work when I need to get away from the puppy. The drinks are consistently made correct and perfect and the entire staff is wonderful. Only minor issue I have is the music inside is too loud for school work and work/school calls. If it could be turned down a bit that would be great.I have been to many locations around the world and this is by far my favorite one.

Second day in a row I’ve had to get a drink re-made. Today, the girl at the register today (Kim, I think) actually argued with me about how my drink should taste. Luckily, Alexine stepped in and corrected the situation. A $5 cup of coffee shouldn’t result in a barista telling a customer how their daily order should taste.
